TalentAdore 2025 Retrospective

At TalentAdore, 2025 was a year of transformation, innovation, and, of course, doubling down on what matters most: making recruitment more human.

Wait, 2025 is already wrapping up? As we close the books on another chapter, it’s time to look in the rearview mirror.  

2025 was Chapter 11 of our growth story. It was also another year of global economic uncertainty, which naturally had a ripple effect on recruitment.  Despite this, TalentAdore closes the year with more clients and users than ever before, taking us one step closer to our mission of bringing human touch back to recruitment!

From stunning AI innovations to a new high in our headcount, 2025 showed us that even in challenging times, focusing on what truly matters pays off.

Let’s dive into the highlights!

Growth that defies gravity 

Despite global economic headwinds continuing to challenge businesses worldwide, TalentAdore kept its momentum going strong. Our team expanded to new record numbers, and our customer base grew steadily. 

The numbers speak for themselves: already over 50,000 HR professionals have used TalentAdore in 42 countries across the world. From Helsinki to Sydney, from small teams to enterprise organizations, more companies than ever have joined our mission to bring humanity back to recruitment.

It’s been humbling and energizing in equal measure.

The transformation that began in 2024 continued full steam ahead – we’re not just a startup anymore, we’re a company that’s here to stay and make a real impact on how recruitment is done globally.

Huge leaps in AI responsible AI development

If 2024 was about accelerating our AI capabilities, 2025 was about perfecting them.

The new and improved AI Skills Matching changed the game entirely. Finally, recruiters can match candidates based on actual skills using frameworks like ESCO and get transparent insights into matching and non-matching skills. It’s skills-based hiring the way it should be – fast, fair, and focused on what really matters.

We completely reimagined our Candidate Evaluation, enabling structured, competence-based, and fair hiring. Now you can assess candidates step-by-step with an intuitive 5-scale rating system, add detailed notes, and compare evaluations across your entire hiring team. No more scattered feedback or missed insights.

Another highlight of the year, as far as features go, is definitely our brand new AI Notetaker.

This was our biggest launch of the year, and for good reason. It transcribes and summarizes interviews automatically, letting you actually connect with candidates instead of frantically typing notes. And here’s the kicker – it’s 100% data secure. All processing happens in-house, so your sensitive recruitment data never leaves our platform. Plus, it’s fully brandable to match your company identity.

We were so confident in this feature that we gave it to all our users as a gift until December 2025. Because we believe every recruiter deserves to experience recruitment without the note-taking headache.

Product evolution at warp speed 

Beyond AI, we pushed TalentAdore Hire’s capabilities further across the board.

Advanced Analytics 2.1 brought self-service analytics to life. With this update, our customers can track their unique KPIs their way and make faster, smarter decisions with democratized data access.

We also rolled out our new built-in video interview toolkit, including pre-recorded video interviews and video questions in application forms – all native to the platform. No more juggling third-party tools.

And because we value listening to our users, we brought back fan favorites such as the heart rating system in evaluations and multi-select functionality. When features make your work easier, they deserve to stay.

What’s ahead: A new era begins 

As we head into 2026, TalentAdore is evolving in ways that go beyond just new features. We’re reimagining how recruitment technology should look, feel, and work. Think fresh perspectives, enhanced experiences, and completely new ways to interact with your ATS.
