It’s almost time to pop open a bottle of bubbly, enjoy the fireworks and welcome the year 2024. Before embracing the new year it’s always good to take a look in the rear-view mirror - what did the year 2023 at TalentAdore look like?
2023 for TalentAdore was another year of growth. We launched interesting new features, our team grew to 30+ people, we formed new strategic partnerships and most importantly: helped thousands of recruiters around the world.
Let’s have a look at our year retrospective, shall we! 🪄
Before diving into our year retrospective, let’s remind ourselves what the world of recruitment looked like in “twenty-twenty-three.”
Global economy slowed down in 2023. High inflation caused central banks to tackle it by raising interest rates and economic growth halted in many markets. Mass layoffs were not uncommon, especially in the technology industry.
This meant that many companies had to make a complete 180° with their talent acquisition strategies. To ensure a healthy talent pipeline for the future, companies had to find ways to build talent pools by engaging talents even when they weren’t able to hire them right now. We at TalentAdore saw an elevated interest in our Talent Community feature by both existing and new customers.
Companies started focusing more on employee experience and talent retention strategies. Trends, such as DEI (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion), remote hiring, and hybrid work were other hot topics, and will be in 2024 as well.
And of course there was this little megatrend called AI, but more on that later…
As has been the case in each prior year, 2023 was a year of growth. Growth of our product, financial growth, growth of our headcount, professional growth of our team…growth seems to be the one constant!

2023 saw the visual rebirth of TalentAdore Hire and the introduction of a plethora of other fascinating features.
In May 2023 we rolled out our new, stunning user interface! 🤩Our developers did a wonderful job, don’t you think?
In Q3, we got to unveil a highly anticipated feature: kanban view. Now our users can visualize where their applicants are in the hiring process, side by side.
Second half of the year was an exhilarating time for TalentAdore, as we also got to release our new position-specific automations and job alerts.
With the new, customizable automations, our users can execute various actions based on the triggers and conditions they have set, such as send automatic email updates to candidates and collaborators or change candidates recruitment flow step. You can even create knock-out questions for a more effective pre-screening process.
Job alerts help TalentAdore Hire users bring even more value to their candidates. By letting candidates subscribe to get notified about new job openings that match their preferred criteria, our customers can fill their open positions faster than ever.
With these exciting additions to our list of partners we are even better equipped to fit the needs of companies looking to modernize and streamline their recruitment.

We continue to develop new ways to harness the power of AI to not only help recruiters save time, but to bring more human touch to recruitment. We just might have some related, very exciting news coming up in 2024…
2024 is shaping out to be another transformative year for TalentAdore, maybe the most transformative in the history of our company. There are loads of exciting projects in our road map that we can’t wait to share with our customers and the HR world at large!
