Inside TalentAdore

Why working at TalentAdore was worthwhile

Sales & Marketing Associate, Eero Reijonen tells about his experience at TalentAdore. How did he feel about the learning opportunities and his colleagues?

About half of the weekday’s waking time is spent at work. It is so much time in life that it is worth spending in a good work environment.

In the Spring of 2021, I was faced with a difficult situation. I wondered about the big question of my everyday life. Where would I apply for a job?

I had started my law studies less than a year earlier at the University of Helsinki, and I wanted to be able to work alongside my studies.

For me, the two most important criteria in choosing a job were to 1) work with great people and 2) work in an environment where I could learn something new. Considering these criteria, a job in the TalentAdore sales team was a great choice.

Meeting my first criteria – work with great people 🙌

My career got off to a great start right away since already on my first work week, I got into a three-day sales training that took place during the summer by the lake. I immediately felt accepted into the group, and I realized that already my first criteria were met.

I worked at TalentAdore for about half a year. It is even an understatement to say that I enjoyed my job (=it was so much more).

I enjoyed different sports activities from golf to fitness training with my colleagues. I enjoyed working in the sunshine on the lawn. Yet, most importantly, I enjoyed constantly learning something new.

Meeting my second criteria – keep learning new 🚀

New learning opportunities emerged daily when we went through the sales tricks that had been used to negotiate all over the world in places like Nokia and Wall Street.

I got to also learn from those colleagues who had more sales experience than I did. Thus, I quickly realized, also my second criteria were met.

I moved from TalentAdore to a law firm because I wanted to learn skills in my study field and develop in law. When I was thinking about a new job, there was no need to rush or have flexibility in my criteria.

TalentAdore gave me great tips for future challenges in working life. I even sparred with the Sales Director before my job interview for my current job.

Care for employees and job seekers alike

About half of the weekday’s waking time is spent at work. It is so much time in life that it is worth spending in a good work environment.

The workplace needs to care about its employees as well as its job candidates. That is the core of TalentAdore. And that’s why I care about TalentAdore.
