TalentAdore 2023 Retrospective
I am Miira and I work as a Head of Marketing at TalentAdore.
I am in charge of our marketing and communications activities, such as marketing automation, content marketing, and public relations. This job is perfect for me because I love writing and am keen on learning all about digital marketing. I must confess that I am also a bit of a social media addict; Twitter is one of my favorite channels.
At the end of this month, it will be my one-year anniversary of working at TalentAdore. Time flies!
Previously, I had many different recruitment experiences – the good and the bad. Thus, the first time I heard about the mission of TalentAdore to “bring the human touch back to recruitment”, I was hooked. The goal is admirable and it made me want to apply for a job in the company. It feels amazing to be able to do something good in the world. In one short year, we have accomplished a lot and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
I personally relate to TalentAdore’s mentality about work being more than just work. In my job, I have exciting tasks, and there are rarely boring times. Every day is different, and I enjoy the flexibility we have. Working mostly remotely fits me perfectly, and I could not imagine a better team than we have. Working with these smart, talented people and being able to learn all the time keeps me motivated. We work hard, but we also have fun.
In my free time, I am pretty active. I go to the gym, run, walk, and so on. I am always willing to try new sports. Now, I am waiting for warmer weather to come so I can start cycling again. The distance between my home and office is about 27 km, so I often take a train to the office and cycle back home. What a good workout!
To counteract doing sports, I like to bake and explore new restaurants. Desserts are my thing! I have a special sweet tooth for ice cream, cakes, chocolates, candies, cookies—you name it!
P.S. I am super happy about our company exceeding the magical number of 10.000 followers. In less than one year, it’s amazing. Next, let’s aim for the 20.000. Follow us here to make it happen!
