SRV: Successfully completing mass recruitment of over 1000 applications – this is how it was done

The diverse recruitment of a major developer

In a large expert organization like SRV, recruitment is varied and continuous. Although the company is best known for its construction professionals, such as site managers, the house is also full of top experts from many other fields.

– We look for a wide variety of people. We have finance, lawyers, marketing and communications people, and us HR professionals – what we look for is quite broad,” says Stina Ampuja, HR Business Partner at SRV.

In the best years, there have been as many as two hundred open positions. The goal is always to find not only the most skilled person but also the one who best fits the company culture – and preferably quickly. This places special challenges on the efficiency of the process and the quality of the candidate experience.

“We recognized that we needed a proper system”

Before implementing TalentAdore Hire, SRV had no recruitment system at all. The process was managed through emails and various manual setups. As the HR team grew and recruitment volumes increased, the old way of working was no longer sustainable.
