TalentAdore 2024 Retrospective
2024 was an exciting and transformative year in the recruitment landscape. At TalentAdore, it was another year of growth, learning and bringing back the human touch to recruitment.
Phew, how is it 2025 already?
Holiday season is drawing to it’s end with the New Year eve’s celebrations already behind us. What did the year 2024 at TalentAdore look like?
2024 was the chapter 10 of our growth story, and an exciting chapter it was indeed! The year was highlighted by leaps in our product development, new partnerships, new team members joining our ranks and so much more.
As per tradition, let’s take a look in the rearview mirror and reflect on the year 2024.
Can’t stop, won’t stop (growing)
2024 saw our growth journey take massive leaps forward. More and more companies have joined our mission of human-centered recruitment, both in the form of customers and partners.
Despite another year of global economy stalling, we achieved remarkable growth business-wise. Our team expanded to new record numbers, and as a board members stated in our Christmas Gala: TalentAdore is no longer a startup – we’ve transformed into a full-fledged company.
TalentAdore Hire is now used by over 300 in companies in 24 different countries from Finland to Netherlands. 🚀
Navigating and driving the AI revolution in recruitment
As forerunners in AI in recruitment, we’ve had first row seats at the spectacle that is the advent of AI in work life.
We have provided recruiters with AI functionalities since 2016, but 2024 might have seen the biggest ever advancements in TalentAdore Hire’ s AI capabilities.
During H1 we launched our new AI Assistant. Brand new functionalities like AI summaries and AI generated job descriptions and translations have received a warm welcome from our user base.
The later addition of the innovative AI Support Chat Agent guides our users in their daily work and reduces the workload of admin users.
And if you allow us to utter the following clichéd phrase just this once: we have some big things coming in Q1/2025…
Fruits of our labor – accelerated product development yields amazing results
Beyond our exciting AI advancements, TalentAdore Hire underwent comprehensive revamps across multiple fronts throughout 2024.
With the lead of our newly formed product team and new CTO Tapio Pitkäranta, we were able to deliver amazing new features and updates at record rates.
Among the most enthralling updates was the completely renewed Advanced Analytics module. The “Advanced Analytics 2.0”, as we like to call it, takes recruitment analytics to a completely new level. With up to 15 times faster data experience and streamlined user experience, we must tip the proverbial hat to our amazing R&D team. 🎩
During H1 we catapulted TalentAdore Hire’s recruitment marketing capabilities to new heights with the release of the TalentAdore Job Portal Hub. With this new addition, our users can explore, compare and secure your job postings from 3000+ job portals and channels, all within TalentAdore Hire.
DEI in recruitment is a hot topic, and rightfully so. In the spring we were excited announce the addition of Anonymous Recruitment into our feature list.
In addition to some big launches like the ones above, we have been hard at work to improve the user experience of TalentAdore Hire. Tangible testaments of the fruits of our labor include the nifty overlay view and customizable dashboard.
New strategic partnerships aid us in our mission to revolutionize recruitment
Strong partners are a cornerstone of our success. Our ever-expanding portfolio of partners and integrations looks better than ever going into 2025.
In November we were finally able to share with the world the news of our strategic partnership with another Finnish recruitment technology pioneer, Jobilla. The partnership allows our customers to use Jobilla’s recruitment marketing tool and TalentAdore Hire simultaneously without having to jump between systems.
Celebrating our 10 year anniversary
Did you know that TalentAdore turned 10 years old in December?
We celebrated the 10-year old with the extended TalentAdore one-family with a special anniversary gala. We can safely say that our team has never been bigger nor better!
What will TalentAdore’s 2025 look like?
