I am currently working at Minjon as a junior recruiter. My tasks consist of most things related to our recruitment—everything from candidate communication, application screening, and interviewing to making sure that our recruitments run smoothly.

We use the Reiss Motivation Profile® (RMP) in our recruitment processes.
We believe in value-based recruiting. We believe that happy, motivated employees deliver the best results, which is why we are devoted to understanding what drives people at work. We use the Reiss Motivation Profile® (RMP) in our recruitment processes. The RMP is a scientifically valid standardized assessment of what motivates any person over the age of 12. Additionally, we are “born social” and believe that active communication through different social channels helps us reach the best outcome.
We don’t settle for maintaining a passive candidate database. It is important for us to create dynamic networks and real candidate relationships. We maintain an ongoing dialogue with candidates on social media and are in continuous collaboration with various universities and student organizations. We also utilize a social recruiter network, our trusted network of young professionals who allow us to recruit directly from their peers.
We also want to meet good candidates that aren’t part of specific recruitment processes. Thus, we organize Motivational Mornings. During these breakfast events, we get to know candidates in a relaxed environment. We do a short exercise related to motivation to explore what they really enjoy and what jobs they might want to do in the future. We hope it empowers job seekers, and we already know that it helps us—when we open a new position, we can easily be in contact with the relevant candidates from our talent pool.

The podcast is aimed mostly at people searching for a job. The goal is to provide interesting and inspirational conversations about job searching, recruiting, and careers themselves and create a community in which recruiters are easily approachable—there is no such thing as a stupid question! We constantly engage with our listeners through our social media channels and ask for their opinions and thoughts for the episodes. They can gain concrete tips and guidelines for job searching, CVs, job applications, interviews, and more.
