InHunt – Talent Community in the heart of headhunting

Inhunt Group is a Finnish headhunting company with its own international headhunting network – InHunt World. Now the CEO of InHunt World, Teemu Ruuska, tells how they benefit from Talent Communities and how the positive candidate experience helps to improve the whole business.

The biggest headhunting company in Finland serves different industries fluently

Today, we have more than 100 searches in progress and more than 400 headhunting assignments in Finland every year.

Inhunt Group is the largest headhunting company in Finland and it currently operates from eight different locations. We have a wide range of Headhunters and Senior Advisors to ensure that we are always able to provide the right kind of expertise to solve our client’s challenges. Our big advantage is also to be the only one in Finland to have our own international headhunting network InHunt World, which operates in more than 40 countries. The international network enables us to provide excellent services to, for example, Finnish companies that are looking for experts for their offices abroad or are about to land in new markets,” says Teemu.

“We look for experts from a wide range of industries for InHunt’s customers. Today, we have more than 100 searches in progress and more than 400 headhunting assignments each year. We mainly do headhunting for senior and middle management, and specialists on a very broad basis for different industries and different roles.”

A high-quality Talent Community develops the candidate experience and the entire business

We are lucky that after implementing TalentAdore, many of our candidates have openly told about their positive candidate experience in social media.

“It is really important for us to invest in the candidate experience, and we emphasize its importance. By no means do we want to see a situation where a candidate sends messages to customer service and has to ask how the recruitment process is going. We also strive to collect more active feedback from candidates, as data on the candidate experience helps us develop our entire business.

We are lucky that after implementing TalentAdore, many of our candidates have openly told about their positive candidate experience in social media. We just received, for example, the following feedback:

First, thank you both for giving me a chance to be a part of this recruitment process, although I wasn’t hired. However, I was left with a sincerely positive feeling about you and the feeling only strengthened when you called to announce the outcome of the recruitment. As far as the recruitment is concerned, I think that the candidate experience is paramount and I can sincerely recommend you.

From our point of view, a positive candidate experience also strongly includes the use of a Talent Community. It is a very important feature especially for a headhunting company. We at InHunt interview thousands of people a year, so it makes no sense to start from scratch for every search. Often, potential candidates can be found among the applicants already interviewed, and this benefits all parties. We are truly pleased that TalentAdore enables us to build our Talent Community both efficiently and securely.

An open application often has such an echo that no one will actually read it. However, our work is strongly based on our own Talent Community and the role of open applications is also important. That was one of the main reasons for the implementation of TalentAdore, as it enables the use of our own talent pools very effectively. Our own pool is, of course, just one of the tools we use. In addition, we have a very wide range of channels available to find suitable candidates. Sometimes the searches may be really specific, when the role of our headhunters’ own networks and industry expertise will be strongly emphasized,” Teemu explains.

The easy-to-use TalentAdore encourages to use the system

Many of our headhunters have spontaneously celebrated that now we have chosen a good system for use!

“We have been very pleased with how easy TalentAdore is to use. I would say that all of our headhunters like the system, and it contributes to the actual use of the system. Many have spontaneously celebrated that now we have chosen a good system for use!

TalentAdore makes it easy to handle large numbers of candidates, which is important to us. Viewing profiles and notes of candidates is easily done in one view. In addition, keeping candidates up to date of the process is really simple, as all messages can be sent directly from the system. Our time-to-hire has shortened because with TalentAdore we are able to utilize our candidate data more efficiently.

It is good to have customer service in your own language, because the problems can be solved more easily.

TalentAdore has excellent customer service, which also works in Finnish. It is good to have customer service in your own language, because the problems can be solved more easily. Our messages are always answered quickly and small necessary changes have been made to the system according to our development proposals.

To anyone who is still hesitant to implement TalentAdore, I just want to say that it is worth it! The system is well suited to our needs. If the candidate’s experience is an important area of development, it is not even worth considering anymore. With the implementation of TalentAdore, the candidate’s feedback has been really positive. The fact that the system is Finnish, is always a plus, and in my opinion the costs are also at an appropriate level. We have chosen just the right system, and we are currently discussing the implementation of the system at the international level within our network,” Teemu sums up.
